We are a small, family-rooted business built by a mother and father, inspired entirely by the joy of their son. His name is the heart of our brand - Amaris - and everything we create is because of him. He is the reason this dream exists.
What We Do

We serve handcrafted “aguas frescas,” infused drinks, coffee, and street food made with love, purified water, and all-natural ingredients. But what we really offer is comfort - something that tastes like home, like memories, like moments worth slowing down for.

Why We Started
​
This all began with our son. We wanted to build something that would not only carry his name, but his spirit - something that he could grow up watching us build from the ground up. Something full of pride and purpose.
This business is our love letter to him, a reminder that even the smallest inspira-tion can spark something beautiful.

Where We Come From

Amaris was founded in the heart of Burbank, California - a city full of culture, community, and dreams. It's where our family began, where this idea was born, and where we first turned our love into something we could share.
Whether we're set up at a local event or serving familiar faces in the neighborhood, we bring a piece of Burbank with us everywhere we go.

How We Do It
​
We do it together. Every drink we pour and every taco we serve is made with intention - with our son nearby, watching, learning, laughing. His dad and I built this company side by side, and every customer we meet and serve, becomes part of that story. We work late nights, pouring all of our hearts into our business, never forgetting why we started.
What's Next

We would love to expand our brand and our business - not just to grow, but to give back!
Our dream is to stay rooted in the community that raised and nurtured us, and to pour our love into it, just like the community poured its love into us. Through local charity work and community events, we hope to create something bigger than a business - a space that brings people together, one drink at a time.
